The development of 4700 Labadie is financed by the Community Development Administration of the City of St Louis and generous donors as a mixed-use building that will offer four 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments with off-street parking and spacious yard for low to moderate income residents . The lower level will include a multi-purpose room for community services and training classes. In addition the housing corporation will have office space to allow better access and visibility to the community. The architect is Grice Group Architects and the general contractor is B.C. Construction.
