Cote Brilliante Presbyterian Housing Corporation (CBPHC) was incorporated in 1998 as a 501(c)(3) in response to the deterioration of housing and decline in education in north St. Louis City with a goal to rehabilitate and construct housing, as well as provide services to benefit residents of metropolitan St. Louis.

 

   Grant funding, contributions, and collaborations with other non-profits allowed us to provide an extended hours after-school program, assist residents with rental and utility assistance, provide financial literacy workshops, technology training programs, and gardening training to help eliminate food insecurity and provide healthy food options.

  

    We work with the community stakeholders, law enforcement, and political officials to support the sustainability of the community.
