Cote Brilliante Presbyterian Housing Corp and KingsVille Corp are collaborating to rehabilitate housing in the Greater Ville/Kingsway East neighborhood from Euclid to Taylor and Maffitt to Ashland. Our mission is to provide safe and affordable housing to residents of St Louis City.

A grant commitment has been made by St Louis City to assist in the rehab of the 4700 Labadie apartment building to provide safe and affordable housing for four low to moderate income families. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and offers off street parking. Learn more about our projects and how you can help.
